Fully Tanked Up is committed to working with suppliers and service providers to ensure that all products are sourced ethically and responsibly in compliance with local laws and international standards. We expect all suppliers to adhere to the minimum standards established for our ethical sourcing policy.
We are dedicated to promoting the dignity, wellbeing, and human rights of workers throughout our entire supply chain. All workers shall be provided with a safe and secure working environment that meets or exceeds local and international occupational health and safety standards, including adequate lighting, ventilation, fire safety measures, access to drinking water, toilets and rest areas.
All workers will be paid at least the applicable legal minimum wage set by the country’s legal framework. Fully Tanked Up reserves the right to audit wages at any time. In addition, all overtime work must be voluntary and compensated at least one-and-a-half times the regular rate of pay as required by law.
We require that all employees receive at least 1 day off in 7 days or 2 days off in every 14 days. All employees shall have an entitlement for a minimum number of paid annual leave days per year consistent with applicable national laws or industry standards where national law does not exist. Fully Tanked Up strictly prohibits discrimination based on race, religion, gender or age. Forced labour is also prohibited under this policy; workers must enter into employment voluntarily without coercion or inducement of any kind whatsoever. Furthermore, child labour is strictly prohibited; all suppliers must adhere to the minimum employment age limit defined by local law or International Labour Organisation (ILO) Convention 138, whichever is higher.
These standards will apply equally regardless of type of employment contract – full-time/parttime/fixed term/seasonal – that applies between supplier/service provider and their employee(s). It is mandatory for our suppliers/service providers to have written policies regarding hours of work, compensation and benefits which meet legal requirements as well as comply with this policy.
At Fully Tanked Up we take social responsibility seriously which includes monitoring workplaces regularly for compliance with these policies on an ongoing basis which includes audits where necessary both during production phases as well as post-production stages such as shipping & distribution etc., if relevant. We reserve the right to immediately terminate agreements with any supplier who fails to meet our ethical sourcing requirements without notice.
